1.  How do you price your garments?
Our pricing system for custom screen printing is all-inclusive, which means there are no separate screen fees  or setup fees.  Prices are based on the type of garment you are ordering, the number of garments, the number of colors to be printed & the number of print locations. 

2.  How do you price artwork?
Artwork is priced separate from screen printing.  We charge $25.00 an hour for time spent behind the computer working on your logo.  Most artwork can be done within one hour, however if your artwork has multiple colors and print locations we will charge according to how long it takes us.

3. What is the minimum I can order?
The minimum order we accept is 12 pieces.  Our prices are based on the quantity of garments being ordered so the more you order the less your price per piece will be. 

4.  What is your turnaround time?
For screen printing, turnaround time is 7-10 business days after final art approval. For embroidery, turnaround time is 10-14 business days after final art approval. (Add 3-5 days for orders shipped UPS or FedEx ground.)

5.  What are my payment options?
We accept VISA®/MASTERCARD®, money orders, checks, or cash.  Orders paid for with a personal check are subject to a 3-5 day processing delay for the check to clear. We require a deposit of “half-down” to process your order, the balance will be due at the time of shipment or pick-up.  (For all online orders, full payment must be received before order is processed.)

6.  What kind of artwork is acceptable?
Acceptable forms can simply be an idea or a rough sketch to a complete print-ready art file.  We accept the following file formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .cdr (.tif, or .jpg not recommended).  If you must send a .jpg file, art should be submitted at 300+ dpi & at final print size (up to 13"X18"). For Vector based artwork (Illustrator, CorelDRAW) convert all text to curves before sending file. 

7.  Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, we guarantee our products.  We guarantee that your t-shirts will be exactly what was quoted(ex...garment style, garment color, ink color, print position, print location).  We send a color proof via email for our customers to approve.  If a mistake was made on our end, we will reprint the shirts according to your specifications at no cost to you.  

8.  How long will you honor a quote?
All quotes are good for 30 days from the date given or sent.  If you received a quote from us and 30 days have past, contact us with the info again, more than likely the quote will not have changed.

9. How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applys to all orders being shipped outside of Bexar County. US orders only. Orders must total $300 or more before tax. Free shipping does not apply to specials. We will ship UPS or FedEx ground only.
